Dubai Waterfront consists of an assortment of artificial islands and canals along the Persian Gulf coastline of Dubai. Once completed, the Waterfront will have residential, commercial and leisure areas. The property development is well connected to the emirate of Abu Dhabi and is quite close to commercial hubs such as Dubai World Central Airport, Jebel Ali Airport and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The Waterfront is being developed by the world’s largest privately help property developer Nakheel. Upon completion, Dubai Waterfront will add about 70 kilometres to the coastline of the emirate. The property development will have more than 1.4 billion square feet of land and water developments which is twice the size of Hong Kong!
